3、Why has your parcel been shipped but the shipping information has not been updated yet?
  1. When the product is hand-made in Tibet or Nepal and delivered to the carrier, the tracking order number will be uploaded to the order page afterward.
  2. Due to international shipping, it takes 3–5 days for the package to arrive at the international transit center airport. During this period, there will be no tracking updates for the inland transportation to the international transit center. The tracking information will only be updated once the package has arrived at the international transit center and has been scanned.

So please don't worry and just wait 3-5 days for it to update the information.

 

4. What if the package doesn’t arrive?

If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at wishgiftbox@outlook.com. We’ll either resend a new one to you or give you a full refund.

Wrong Shipping Information

  • If you have left a wrong shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service within 2 hours.
  • Please note that it is the responsibility of the customers to enter their shipping address correctly. We are unable to redirect to another shipping address after we have processed and shipped the parcel.
